NADCA’s Director of Research & Technology, Steve Udvardy, provides an update on a NADCA research project involving the use of pulsed spray as a die lubricant.
It has been suggested that the use of pulsed spray of die lubricant may be more effective than a continuous spray. If it is in fact more effective, this presents the opportunity of:
- Reduction in spray usage
- Extended die life
- Shorter spray cycle
Discussed in this video is the idea of pulsed spray and data to support the opportunities presented above.
