Omar Nashashibi of The Franklin Partnership, LLP, one of NADCA’s lobbyists in Washington, D.C. discusses some of the latest news in Washington. Nashashibi reported that the United States Supreme Court held a hearing on the EPA Power Plant Lawsuit regarding taking into account the economic activity that would be jeopardized due to the new rule. A lawsuit has been filed by a number of industry partners of NADCA stating that the EPA did not take into account the full economic impact of the rule.
