Omar Nashashibi of The Franklin Partnership, LLP, one of NADCA’s lobbyists in Washington, D.C. discusses some of the latest news in Washington. Nashashibi reported that there will be a number of hearing in the House and Senate discussing how small business are effected by the current tax policies.  There will also be a number of hearings in relation to the Toxic Substance Control Act.  This is important because this governs all chemicals used by manufacturers.
