The material presented in this video are some highlights from NADCA’s online webinar – OSHA: Controlling Noise in a Die Cast Shop – presented by NADCA’s Steve Udvardy. NADCA has hosted a series of OSHA related courses. Participants were then surveyed and asked what other OSHA related topics they would like to see NADCA provide via course. Based on this feedback NADCA will be providing a number of OSHA related courses. Randy Block (Principal; Kestrel Management Services) will be presenting on the topic of Controlling Noise in a Die Cast Shop. This course will review current legal requirements for hearing protection, real life examples on methodology to improve and lower decibel ratings within a facility and how to assure management of remaining in compliance with these specific requirements.
